I was asked to come up with a video that could help penetrate the technologist market and convince them of the need to gain privacy skills in addition to security. After interviewing subject matter experts and developing a messaging strategy, I wrote this humorous ad. I played a major role in its entire development, from coming up writing the script to overseeing direction and helping to choose the actors and music.
Below are two hype video scripts I was given two weeks to prepare. These will be produced in less than 5 weeks and premiered at the largest data privacy industry conference to kick off the event.
Both videos needed to tie into the artist-in-residence’s sculptural housing for the infamous phone Roy Olmstead used for his bootlegging business, whose arrest served as a catalyst for privacy legislation.

But the mission remains the same.

We believe in the power of sharing ideas, experience, and knowledge.
And so we gather to explore the full spectrum of privacy.
To learn from our diverse community.
Because together, we answer the call. (SFX: music fades out)
